well this weekend i managed to only have 4 glasses of wine. one after coming home from wayyyy uptown to visit kc, who is pregnant and on bedrest until she gives birth, the following day i went to see mary poppins and i had 2 glasses while getting ready. today i had one to finish off the bottle i had opened so it wouldnt go bad.

anyway, mary poppins on broadway. wow. where do i begin. the sets were awesome. i really really liked bert. the children were good. the park scene was… interesting. the most memorable part of the show was a scene right before intermission where all of the childrens toys came alive to give the girl a trial bc she lost her temper and threw one of them. it was one of the scariest things i have scene in my life. there were toys and dolls and clowns (one with a snap braclet whip). kim and i were like wtfffffffffff. im not even scared of them normally but it really is a child’s worst nightmare. now for the scene i did actually enjoy was the park scene even though it was SO nothing like the movie other than it being in a park. there were statues that moved around and danced. some of which had some nice asses, just saying even kp’s mom thought so. the show was very cirque de soleil when mary’s play times happened. step in time was alright even though it is one of my fave scenes in the movie. i love tap dancing but the music was mostly so overpowering that you couldnt even hear the shoes. now to end on what i thought was the best part of the show, the scenes. it opens with a view of the house which is the father’s study, foyer, and living room downstairs with the stairwell going up from the foyer and ultimately leading to the childrens room in the attic. the roof is visible with 2 window/doors to the roof terrace. the children are sent upstairs with mary when she first arrives. the house is retracted and the bedroom decends from the roof section which gets pulled upward off stage. literally everyone in the audience gasped and said ooooooouuhh. which made kp and i laugh. thats about all i have to say about that.

after we went to starbucks where everyone drank coffee while i sat pretending to be happy to be there all while wanting to go drink heavily for about an hour. no such luck. kp told me her mom and grandma thought i looked very good which was nice since i never think i do.

this weekend i spent wayyyy too much money. like woah what are you doing erin. 1st there was karens baby present which was 35 bucks. then 40$ for beerlympics, then 11 for a movie i think, then 30 at the scholar, then another 40 after beerlympics. that was in no chronological order. i didnt even factor in the minor things like food in this situation. jeez man jeez. so appearently i dont spend all that money during the week and i just mash it all into the weekends. oh plus st pattys was this week oh god thats another 30 for the bar crawl + tips, then like another 25 at the scholar plus food items. i should just die, i am so noto putting the atm cash in the right category in my financial pages. they dont need to know, its my life!

anyway beerlympics. sat we did that damn thing. first was hypothermia where one person had to keep their hands in a bucket of icewater while the other 5 teammates chugged full cups of beer. RWH was the iceman while the 5 girls of team vag chugged beer. the girl we had to just have around was really slow, i actually managed to do it so i didnt feel terrible about myself. then we had icefalls or something. we had to balence a full cup of ice and water on our heads while drinking half a cup of beer through a straw. only one hand could spot you if your teammates were nice. thankfully we were,  plus none of us even really needed saving!! yayyyyy!!! after that was beerpong. since it was going on a while we had to cut out dizzy bat which is a damn shame… not really so much, im glad i suggested to the guy we should skip that and move to flipcup. needless to say i got pretty nicely toasty. i feel like i should have been more so but it was like 630 and i shouldnt be wasted that early…. i shouldnt right?

then we went to pat’s and met with rc, jc, wr, th, JS, and hsomething. i met S and his lady, then his brother. im glad we met with people just because if i didnt have social interactions i was gonna have to go home and sleep.

it was a solid day of about 12 hours of drinking (second time in a week holla).

oh also saw I love you man. i really enjoyed it. it made me laugh but i dont really remember some of the great little jokes. Rudd was awesome segal was awesome (cept that cardigan according to RWH).

So this month i have a goal: to not drink Sunday through Thursday. this will greatly reduce my alcoholic intake since ive been on just under 6 bottles of wine a week. ive noticed a lackluster amount of energy and ive been feeling like shit even though id be getting about 8 hours of pass out sleep every night. go figure drunk sleep isnt actually good for you.  it really culminated in a 3 days straight run at our fave bar. now these were not three weekend nights. these were tuesday weds and thursday nights i believe. each night RWH and myself were having about 6 shots and 6+ drinks.  obviously the bartenders were getting to know us pretty well. thankfully two of them are awesome (P and B, A is not so cool yet). now on the third night RWH and i looked at eachother and decided that however fun this was it kinda needs to stop. There is way too much empty calory intake and it is not good for us. not only that but its fucking expensive.  seeing as how my hours were cut to 3 days a week i am forced to try to spend less money so i can afford rent. this is however not why RWH sees this but it is a driving force for me  (Just saying, i’d like to pay you for rent sir). so because of this lack of things to do at night ive taken to drinking A LOT of water. its not something i even noticed until i had to piss like a racehorse right as i tried to go to bed. i guess my body needed something to do so it chose that. oh well. anyway. im on day 3 (sunday was day 1). im feeling fine. a little like well what do i do? but i made that into organizing my dresser and ironing some dress shirts. i also am about 85% dont with the main structure of a crocheted hat (Super old lady i KNOOOWWW but i like it).

wtf is one of the whores doing hanging all over coyote? and then why is coyote still staring at me when he is huggin up all over the other bitch (that deer got into a fight with saying she is a whore and she just proved it even more in seconds). honestly i liked going out in the other town i went to, eye candy and waht not but my home town is nothing compared to how incredibly unclassy a place can be. it amazes me. i hate being there but i love seeing people that i know and hate and/or love in strange little ways. like d.saurs. said hi to him near the bathroom. he’s got himself a girl but still its funny to see him. then theres coyote of course. bc i know im not making it awkward, i dont care anymore, yea it was fun but whatever. why do you have to have that happening? its really not like i even care but i have this problem that i need to know everything even if i dont need to know it. i dont even tell people usually if i know things, i just want to know. i have a need to be a confidant. its a terrible curse…. i just want to be a fountain of knowledge if the need should arise.

so friday was halloween. i had a blast as little red riding hood. im gonna have to start thinking up ideas now for next year. im jealous that i never thought to do things from my childhood shows like Double dare, or legends of the hidden temple. its something to look into. OH we should do GUTS next year. do do do you have it? possibly yes. anyway, so friday was with friends, sat i wandered with Deer in the city, and today i helped dad withthe gutters. i am super productive. i feel bad for dad. he is starting to act his age and is all hurting and whatnot. he needs a better helper.

the election is coming up on tuesday. i however work on tuesday. i feel like this election is huge and since i know my state is already hands down democratic, i know me not partaking in this wont really matter but i want to pull the lever, push the button, punch the ticket so there arent any hanging chads (or however they do it in this town). so hopefully the things are still open by the time i am done with work and back from the 2 hour commute. i need to look into that for sure.

my third topic is about my court date. i know. dont i look like a rebel. no i was speeding in a town that has a boner for 30mph. thankfully i had the excuse that school just ended and he seemed to think i wasnt use to driving a car or something. i also had the unfourtunate timing of a way over expired inspection and an old insurance card (i know the car gods were really on my side for this one). thankfully the guy was fucking awesome and when he came back he told me that he wasnt going to give me a ticket for either the speeding or the insurance card but he had to for the inspection because that isnt safe. needless to say every god imaginable smiled down upon me at that moment. so i have to go to court to show them the ticket of inspection that i had done a week after getting the ticket. i should call and see if i can just bring them the damn thing and get it over with. its been postponed 4 times. whatever i guess.

i need to clean my room. its disgusting to an overwhelming extent. i need to do laundry greatly. CRINGE

But im not running from it yet. im incredibly uncomfortable with this but i dont know what else to do.

Yesterday i went out to a flip cup tourney, we had a team fail as a whole. either way i drank a decent amount of beer. we then we to our fave asian hot spot and i had 3 lycheetini’s. then we went to another place where there was a costume party (which we crashed). not only was their the obligatory sarah palin, but 2 of her friends dressed up like the wildlife that she kills, a moose and a polar bear hahaha). Also there were people dressed up like a team from double dare. i nearly shit myself, i was so excited. either way we got to the train station and decided to get pizza, then one of our party missed her train so we had to wait for an hour. then i made the decision to go to work and sleep there, then work my 9-2 shift. by the time i got to work i decided that it was better to just work from 3 to whenever i left for a morning train. it was a stupid idea but it got me home at 11 as opposed to 5 or 6.

I’m nearly done with the second season of psych. i wont lie to you, its pretty hysterical. im going to give it a solid backing of something to watch if  you have time. my next show to watch is appearently True Blood or whatever the vampire show is. Lion told me to watch it and if i watched that he would watch dexter. since i am on a crusade to have everyone watch Dexter i think it is a fair trade. I’ve finished the second Dexter book as well. it was good, a little more disturbing since i didnt know what was happening (its not a storyline from the show). It involves a man that cuts people up as well, however, he leaves them alive all the way through. It makes my stomach lurch (especially since torture is not on a top 5 faves for me) but i still love Dexter’s character so much i cant help but read along. I just started Dexter in the Dark. we’ll see how that one turns out.

The last post was completely sad sap, end of the world sounding. i was rather frustrated at a bunch of things that came out of nowhere about halfway through that.

anyway, i have read Darkly Dreaming Dexter. I liked some of the things/characters that were different in the book however i liked the way that the show twisted the bloodless killer into something different and more involved in Dexter’s life. i have the next two books which will be on my train ride list. They are incredibly quick reads and are much more like beach reads in my opinion. However i like getting things read while on the train and things like this make it go much faster when i cant sleep.

Tonight i think im gonna be going out with my guys. Deer has other plans so i think it will be just me and them which im fine with bc they are pretty awesome. I owe 2 of them some beer since they beered me the other night when i had no cash. so heres to tabs and hopefully not forgetting my card at the bar again!!!

I was told at work that i am the most well rounded girl they have ever met and that because of that i am the perfect girlfriend. She hears me talk about video games and boy things all the time all while being able to keep the girl things too. Also one of the PA’s, after having me say i was 22, was like wow i thought you were older, you can hold a very mature conversation (this is the same lady who has the most bazaar conversations in front of me).

and since i have a new reader, i’d just like to say hello.

now that that is over. last night i went out in to the usual locations. in the first place i went to (yes the place i fell down the stairs and nearly killed myself in), there is a new bartender. he is super gorgeous and all the females i spoke with agree that he is more than likely gay. there is no way. anyway, last weekend i ordered all gin and tonics and when isat at the bar he looked at me, and was like gin and tonic?? i of course pointed at him and said bingo! the first was made normal, the second tasted like exactly like gin. so now that i am on the topic of adding extra alcohol to somethingim going to have to say, there are only two hard alcohols that you cannot and shouldnot ever ever ever add more than the respective ration. one is tequila and the other is gin. unless it is a damn good bottle of either, neither should be used in over abundance. thanks for the extra gin hottie but blagh blagh blagh blagh! so deer swan and i are sitting on the bar. he places his hand down, i look at it, look at deer, look at it again (all within SECONDS) look at deer once more and we both at the same time say “did you just see that?????” he was missing the tip of his index finger on one hand!!!!!!!!!! i was like OMG and couldnt stop looking at it for a little while. now we know why he always pointed with his middle finger! i know that is really superficial but it happened. hopefully it was just god saying you are too good to be true, what can i do to make you not so perfect looking. and hopefully thats the only thing god decided on.

also i saw 3 fights break out last night. two of the three involved a slutty whore that i hate because panda hates (i know shit, she gives people diseases). she had a black chick rip the shit out of her hair and i laughed and laughed and laughed because she totally deserved it. the second was with another whore who will be labeled as vagina monster for the obvious reasons. it was her and another girl who i became friends with because we had seen eachother on the cliffs earlier in the day.

i love this place. it makes me so happy

she had a very irish name (as i do) so we bonded over that and knowing the cliffs and how magical they are. anyway she fought with vagina monster. then the fugly whore was in another firght between the guy she was presently giving stds to and another guy. all three made me want popcorn.

now ive also realized that ive grown a pair of balls as of late. not only did i talk to coyote when he was making things awkward by just walking up to him and saying why are things awkward? but i also walked up to a group of guys because one tried to flirt with deer and she is fucking oblivious. so i told him that she likes bud light and go talk to her. i talked to him a few times that night. he decided he was going to remember my name in retarded ways.

then there was the barbie from highschool that showed up and said hi to me. i dont know how i feel about that….. considering she was the reason that i stopped talking to one of my best male friends for a year or two. hmmmmmmm

so i went out with panda and b.bear and always he ruined the night. he got into a huge fight with a bouncer when i had calmed him and got him about 20 feet away the bouncer then decided to be a total asshole and say the following “Whos the pussy now? you have a girl holding you back” i turned and looked at the guy and was like are you serious? seriously?? panda and i left him walked through the ghetto, ate pizza and got back to her place. it took us an hour. and we powerwalked. i dont think he remembers the night. but seriously, he made me want to vomit. he was disgusting. completely just disgusting. he keeps calling me but i refuse to pick up. there is nothing he can say to me. im starting to think that its me.

Deer and i went out to eat and over margaritas and sangrias we discussed how much of an asshole he is and how we wish she would just break it off with him. yes he’s insane and your life would be a little like hell but is the 5 minutes of kindness when noone else is around really worth it? no, personally its not. he knows not to fuck with me. and he wont ever put his hands on me if i am holding him back but honestly he got really physical with panda and she didnt do anything about it. i nearly wanted to cry bc i thought he was gonna push her down. he’s got a problem.

in other words. i went out drinking on a sunday. awesome stuff. then i saw coyote. how did he manage to make it awkward? Deer said it was terrible how uneasy we were around each other. so i decided to be the bigger person and just talk to him. i was like why is this awkward? can we work on it not being awkward? kthnx. then i climed into a car with 3 boys and went to a kids house. i was really proud of myself. i did it by myself i didnt feel like i needed one of my girls there and i was comfortable. strannnnnge. im really trying to be more open and talkative with people. i need to work on my people skills.

so last night i went out in the city for the moose’s birthday.  first went to an apartment bought a bottle of absolut and started drinking aroud 530. we went to one place played some pong with a guy that looked like the green goblin, traded quotes with ted mosby, and thennnn this: someone showed me a text message which said “Where are you guys, im going to be in the city soon” it was from babboon. great. so i immediately decided the best thing to do is text my girls then get hammered. i didnt want to see him obviously.

all in all i was plastered, danced so much my entire body is sore (like sitting down is painful, getting up is painful, steps kill), have bruises all over my body because i was so fucking sloppy, and got groped by people. i saw a load of people that ive not seen in a really long time from school. got new fb friends and slept on an itty bitty little couch well slept, ptfo whatever. i had been up for 24 hours with work.

anyway i fucking dont need to see babboon hopefully for a long time. i told him that i hated him and dont want to talk to him when i was wasted dancing on a stripper pole. ohyea thats classy me
